A fantastic early yellow ware bowl with green sponge decoration. Around the outside of the top rim there is gold paint sponge decoration. With a lovely scalloped edge this bowl is in excellent condition. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.

This is a large, rare and beautifully embossed yellow ware batter bowl. There is a 1/4" kiln flaw, original in the making, on the underside of the spout. Otherwise, this remarkable piece is in excellent condition. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.

11" Diameter, 5" Height

This is a rare and early yellow ware serving bowl with sponge decoration and a red-orange glaze on the exterior of the bowl. There is a  1/4" chip on the outside top rim and there is crazing in the glaze from age and use. A beautiful piece. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.

9 1/4" Diameter, 3" Height

This is a great yellow ware hanging salt box with a hinged wooden lid. It has three white bands and black stenciled "SALT". Two thirds of the wooden lid has been replaced but the hinges are original. There is a very tight hairline approx. 1 1/2" on the outside that does not go through to the interior. There is another very tight hairline, 3/4" from the inside, that does not go through to the outside. There is some crazing in the glaze from age but overall, this highly desirable piece is in excellent condition. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.

A wonderful blue sponge decorated straight sided yellow ware jug. There is a 1" chip at the base and several chips at the spout. It is corked with an old piece of corn cob. A wonderful, early yellow ware bowl with brown stripes. There is a hairline on the bottom of the bowl that does not go through and crazing in the glaze. No chips or repairs. Overall, in excellent condition. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.
