A rare and early wire and chenille windmill ornament. The base is made of a heavy wire, wrapped with blue chenille. The center is thick gold tinsel and the propeller blades are also heavy wire, wrapped with thin crinkly wire. The top of the windmill is blue and orange chenille that is wire wrapped. Some of the chenille is missing on the base exposing the wire but overall it is in excellent condition. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.

A charming ornament of a pair of dutch type shoes that are made from composition and handpainted with flowers. An unusual ornament in excellent condition. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.

2 1/4" Length

Rare, two-piece winter display scenes constructed of wood and heavily covered with mica to simulate glistening snow. The church has red, cardboard stained glass outlines that surround the tissue paper windows. The people, trees and lamp post are beautifully airbrushed painted chalkware. The second piece also has a wood base edged with moss and covered with mica. The airbrushed chalkware painted figures include a playful puppy and a boy throwing snowballs. The sled also has two big red composition berries on the ends of the rope. The gentleman on this piece has minor damage to his foot, otherwise it is in excellent condition. The church has two cutout holes in the back to allow a small bulb to be inserted to light  it . This piece is also in excellent condition. A great and rare chimney sweep doll with a wonderful hand painted and detailed composition face, hands and legs. He has molded brown painted hair, too. He is complete with all the necessary equipment that a chimney sweep needs, a wooden ladder, straw broom, and a twisted wire rope with the cleaning brush attached. He wears a black felt suit, a brown paper belt with a gold dresden paper buckle and silver dresden buttons, of which two are missing. He is in excellent condition. A very rare and early putti angel cookie ornament with wonderful detailed molding. The angel is not without its flaws. There are some minor brown spots and some scuffing to the nose and upper lip. The wing tips are missing but have been gone for a long time because the patina matches the rest of the ornament. It has an early string hanger. A great piece and so difficult to find. A rare red yarn flower  blossoms in red painted wooden pot with original paper leaves.  Probably used in a putz or Christmas display scene. The bottom of the pot is marked, "Germany". In excellent condition. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.

A collectible, small round lithographed Santa tin box, made by Tindeco. Santa, in a winter scene, is surrounded by poinsettias. There is a worn spot on the right  side of the lid, approximately 1/4" in size. There is a very slight dent  on the left side of the top, but does not  affect the paint and is not noticeable. There are some very tiny spots of wear on the outside of the box and some spots underneath the lid. These minor flaws are mentioned for accuracy, but overall the box is in very good condition. A very rare, blue/green felt advertising calendar banner for the year 1912. The beautifully, lithographed printed calendar is complete. The color in the felt banner has some faded areas from age and light exposure. A gold glitter bell, wreath pattern and bottom border are printed on the felt. The round printed disk with Santa and poinsettias is unembossed. There is a 3/8" piece missing from the left edge. It reads on the disk, "Design Copyrighted Parisian Regalia Co., Phila. PA. A beautiful, rare composition songbird painted blue, yellow, orange and detailed with black. It is mounted on a wooden perch and attached to the perch is a nest with two composition eggs inside. The tail is also painted wood. A wire hanger balances it perfectly on the tree. In excellent condition. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.

A great, early wood and composition dancing couple with jointed legs. The arms are made from wooden rods. The lady has a brown crepe paper skirt that has a small piece missing on one side. The paint condition is excellent, and the couple still retain some tiny feather remnants at the top of their hats. A gem! Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.
