EARLY VICTORIAN CHRISTMAS CARD BY LOUIS PRANG

A wonderful, early Victorian Christmas card by Louis Prang and Co. of Boston, copyrighted 1881. A charming lithographed print of a winter scene with children and two white horses pulling a sleigh through the snow. Bordered in gold with a poem at the bottom and flanked on both sides with climbing flower vines in decorated vases. The reverse side is a monotone print with a tree and falling snow. There is a light pencil inscription, "Merry Christmas to Walter". There is some very slight edge wear which does not detract and overall the condition is excellent. BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPE WITH SILK YELLOW RIBBON CHRISTMAS POSTCARD

A very beautiful Christmas postcard that is postally unused. A charming lithographed winter landscape that has gold painted details and shimmery glitter that adds dimension and texture. A silk yellow ribbon is woven into the card and compliments the colors in the landscape. The design is copyrighted by John Winsch, 1914. The overall condition is excellent. BEAUTIFUL EMBOSSED CUTOUT NEW YEAR'S CARD

A beautiful embossed and cutout New Year's card with a poem and pencil inscription inside. The card still retains its original worn silk pink bow. A wonderful and very small embossed Christmas postcard in remarkable and excellent condition. With embossed icicles around the edges and holly, berries, lilies of the valley and a charming little winter scene. Postally used and dated 1909. RARE SANTA IN CHIMNEY WITH FOLD OUT BAG CHRISTMAS POSTCARD

A very rare Santa in a red coat with brown fur trim in a chimney, holding a fold-out bag. When the bag is opened there is gold silk fabric and a silver foil trim at the top. It is postally used but the exact date is not legible. Very minor edge wear and overall in excellent condition. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.

WONDERFUL SANTA AND MRS. CLAUS ADVERTISING CHRISTMAS CARD

A wonderful Victorian advertising Christmas card of Santa and Mrs. Claus sitting in their stuffed arm chairs playing with children, a dog and a cat. It is an unembossed card but highly rich in color and details. The name of the store is Dives, Pomeroy & Stewart and is located at 606, 608, 610, 612 Penn St. Reading Pa. When opened up there are two fantastic Thomas Nast prints of Santa and dated 1883 and 1884. There is a pencil inscription inside, "Lizzie E. Himmelreich". There are three small taped repairs on the inside and a bend on the top of the card with Santa. Overall, a great piece. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.

BEAUTIFUL LARGE VICTORIAN CHRISTMAS TRADE CARD WITH SANTA

A beautiful, rare large Victorian advertising or trade card with a Santa in a brown coat in his sleigh filled with toys. It is on a heavy weight cardboard and is unembossed. The colors are clean and bright and the artistry is great. There are two edge chips. One on the lower left side and the other on the right near the reindeer's hoof. There is a crease on the lower right corner that is very stable. The card reads, "Compliments of Thomas Lawrence, Manufacturing Confectioner, 138 W. Water St. Elmira, N.Y." The reverse side looks like it might have been in a scrapbook as there is some glue residue. A fantastic piece. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.
