A fantastic Santa candy container in a red felt coat with white trim and a blue felt collar. There is a small stain on the bottom back edge of his coat. He separates at the waist for candy retrieval. He has a beautiful composition face, hands and boots. He stands on a wooden base covered with mica. He sports a rabbit fur beard and a feather sprig with a berry in his right hand. The original woven basket at his waist is filled with old toys and Santa carries a metal lantern with red gel panels. In excellent condition. A superb piece! 12" Height

A fantastic Santa in a walking position on a mica covered wooden platform, stamped "Germany" on the bottom. He has a felt coat that has faded a bit from age and blue painted composition pants. His face, hands and boots are composition. He sports a rabbit fur beard which is a little thin at his mustache. His face is beautifully handpainted. He carries a woven basket on his back and a brush tree in his hand. His arms are moveable. In excellent condition. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.

8" Height

A great, early wooden Santa jumping jack. His image is lithographed on the wood and is painted with blue, red and black. He holds a broom in his right hand and a letter in his left. Fantastic toys are on the front of his jacket. There is some paint missing on the right boot. One fastener on his left knee has been replaced. Remnants of the original string remain but also sturdier cord has been added. The wood has mellowed and darkened with age. An asset to any collection. A very rare Santa Claus porcelain chamberstick with the Royal Bayreuth blue mark. It also has "DEPONIRT" impressed. It was produced in Tettau, Bavaria in the early 20th century.

Most of the white spots are from the camera flash, but there are a few that appear to be paint skips, the two largest of which are along the base. There are a few tiny nicks. Otherwise, it is in excellent condition. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.

Royal Bayreuth commenced operating in 1794 and is the oldest and finest of the porcelain manufacturers in Germany. The Santa Claus figural pieces are all extremely rare.

A great Santa in his sleigh with four composition reindeer. Santa is in a red felt coat with white felt trim and a rope belt. He has a rabbit fur beard that is thin at the mustache. His boots are composition and painted black. His sweet hand painted face has a paint flake on his cheek and the tip of his nose. He carries a feather sprig.The sleigh is all wood and stamped "Germany" on the bottom. The four reindeer are painted composition with metal antlers. One antler is missing on one deer. They retain their original red fabric reins, which are a bit twisted and have seen better days, but they are attached. This is a truly charming Christmas display to put toys in the sleigh or holiday treats. Overall, in excellent condition. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.

6" Length of sleigh, 4 1/4" Height with Santa

A great composition belsnickle in a white coat covered with mica flakes. There is chenille trim on his hood. He holds a little feather sprig. There are no splits or cracks. There is a little soiling on his nose and some darkening in a few spots on his coat from age. It retains its original paper base that is lightly stamped, Made in Germany, and inscribed 1924. It is a bit difficult to read. Overall, in excellent condition. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.

A beautiful early paper mache belsnickle in a light blue color. The surface of his coat is covered with mica flakes that make him sparkle in the light. He has a tinsel trim on the edge of his hood. He has a hand painted stern face, indicative of an earlier piece. There is some soiling on his face. Looks like he just came down from the chimney! His feather sprig is likely to be a replacement. He has detailed molding in his beard, coat and base. There is a one inch split and a half inch split at the base but it is very stable. Some minor chipping around the base rim but overall, in excellent condition. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.

A small yellow composition belsnickle with gold glitter covering his coat. A beautifully detailed molded beard and face with hand painted details. He carries a green goose feather sprig with a red composition berry. He stands on a base that is painted black, with white spots to look like snow. A great Santa sitting on a paper lithographed log pile candy container.The printed logs are on the front and back. The top and sides are made from brown rolled paper to simulate logs. The bottom is marked GERMANY and slides out to reveal the candy container. Santa has a composition face with hand painted details. His boots are also composition and are painted black. He sports his rabbit fur beard and paper belt. His felt coat has patches of snow with mica flakes to reflect the light. In great condition. A great composition belsnickle in a red coat sitting on a wooden sled with wheels pull toy. His boots are painted black, his mittens are brown and his coat is trimmed with white. His coat is covered with mica flakes. He carries a feather tree sprig. Wonderful molded detail in his white beard and hand painted face. A super piece! In excellent condition.
