PAIR BLUE SATIN GLASS TWISTED TIFFIN CANDLESTICKS

A beautiful pair of blue satin glass twisted candlesticks. Made by Tiffin Co., Ohio. They have a frosted opaque finish which is blue not greenish. They are three molded and in excellent condition. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.

RARE ADJUSTABLE RATCHET RUSH LIGHT

A rare carved adjustable ratchet floor rush light holder. It is all pine except for the rush holder which is wrought iron. Four of the ratchet slots are worn so it can't adjust to those spots. The bottom of one foot was slightly shaved for leveling. This is a VERY RARE and early example of 18th century lighting. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.

WROUGHT IRON CANDELABRA ON A PINE BASE

A wrought iron candelabra on a pine base. There is a hook to hang a candle snuffer and one hole where there was probably an embellishment. There are a couple of age cracks in the base, otherwise it is in good condition. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.

SIGNED PINE FRAMED TWENTY-FOUR PEWTER TUBE CANDLE MOLD

This is a large twenty-four pewter tube candle mold with an unusual hinged lid. The iron hinges are original. There is a glued break to the board that the hinges attach to. There are some chipped areas on the pine frame. One tube is missing. One other tube is missing the lower 1/2". All in all, this candle mold is in good shape for such a utilitarian item. It is signed twice on the frame, "A HOUSE". Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.

SMALL SIGNED IRON HOGSCRAPER CANDLESTICK WITH ORIGINAL SPANISH BROWN PAINT

An iron hogscraper candlestick that is complete with original chair hanger and a working candle push-up with penny tab lifter. The lifter is signed "Bill". The integrity is good. There are no wiggles or holes or separation of the seam. It retains the majority of its original Spanish brown paint. Additional photos are attached by the link to the right.

RARE MATCHED PAIR OF MINIATURE TIN SCONCES

A rare pair of diminutive tin sconces with fluted hoods. There is a little rust and some solder has been added to the underside of one candle socket. These are from the "Paul Revere Ladd" estate of Grenwich, Rhode Island. Additional photos are attached by the link to the right.

18TH CENTURY WEDDING BAND HOGSCRAPER CANDLESTICK

This is a iron hogscaper candle holder with brass wedding band embellishment. It retains its chair rail hanger and working penny tab push-up. The push-up is signed "SHAW" of Birmingham, England. It utilizes the 18th century "clenched tab" form of attachment to the base. There is a wiggle to the base and dings to the band. Additional photos are attached by the link to the right.

TIN 'IPSWICH' TYPE OIL OR LARD LAMP

Tin "Ipswich" type lard or oil lamp with sand weighted base. There are some dents and there is some rust damage to the lid. There was probably a hanger at the back of the lid which is missing. All in all, this is a very interesting form. Additional photos are attached by the link to the right.

RARE PEWTER BETTY LAMP

A pewter footed betty lamp. This is one of the rarest forms in pewter. It is inscribed, "HAJ" and dated either 1833 or 1853. Additional photos are attached by the link to the right.
