A blue and white spongeware cup and saucer with fluted sides, relief molded handle and petal design at the base. The rockingham glaze had crystals put in the firing to make a beautiful flowing effect. Slight crazing to the glaze. In excellent condition. A blue and white spongeware cup and saucer with relief molded handle. As beautiful a deep cobalt blue as one could find. There are a few glaze skips and rough spots that were kiln flaws in the making. Very slight crazing to the glaze. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.

A large blue and white spongeware pottery mixing bowl with an outlined band around the middle. There are some small chips at the bottom of the base and one on the top of the rim. There is an interior hairline that does not go through and age crazing. There are some tiny kiln pops in the making. Additional photos are attached by the magnifying glass icon.
